SHE Rises is a monthly women’s gathering and retreat experience rooted in empowerment, authenticity, and connection to the Lunar cycles and of nature.

Through circle, ceremony, and coaching, Rafah guides women to remember their power, honour their evolution, and rise together.

Gatherings will last approximately 1.5-2 hours, depending on the number of attendees and the activity.

Please bring a notebook or journal.

To help me prepare the space, materials, and catering, an advance payment would be greatly appreciated, and booking is necessary.
